We have focused on introducing frameworks to enable ISL Recruitment to attract, recruit and retain high calibre candidates who will be critical in delivering ISL’s growth ambitions. The coaching has focused on creating clear roles, and a structure for the business to crystallise recruitment, development and career development routes to grow talent from within the business. Sara and Jo have supported the development of performance management mechanisms and competencies for measuring and supporting high performance to reinforce the strong company values, that underpin the ISL customer proposition.
